TNA D4 President & President-Elect

The President shall preside at meetings of membership, serve as chair of the District Board, serve as a nonvoting ex-officio member of all committees except the Leadership Succession Committee, appoint special committees, and countersign checks drawn by the Treasurer as authorized by the Board policy.

The President-elect shall be a voting director and shall become familiar with the duties of the President and perform such duties as directed by the President to prepare for succession.  The President-elect shall assume the duties of the president in case of the President’s absence or inability to serve, serve as a nonvoting ex-officio member of all committees except the Leadership and Succession Committee.
