Our Float Pool units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member. 

Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, PCU, and ED

Patient Ratios: Vary by unit

Unit selling points: Float Pool is supportive and encouraging. They love their staff to flourish, grow, develop, and take on new tasks. Their unit provides flexibility, support, and potential for professional growth.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited program in nursing
2 years of hands-on experience in nursing is required in acute care hospital setting
Have basic life support certification or get it within 30 days of starting.
