Danoris “Dee” Chinn - Clinical Nurse Leader at VA North Texas. Dee has worked at Dallas VA for 20+ years she is passionate about serving the nations Veterans.  Working as a Telemetry unit staff Nurse, then moved into a Patient flow expediter-admissions Nurse, where she made a difference working with the Veterans ensuring care was and needs were taken care of promptly.  Dee has a passion for making great changes within the organization and went into a Nurse Quality Safety and values consultant role.  She has also worked as a care coordinator tele-health Nurse and Nurse Educator for the congestive heart clinic.  Her final role has CNL on the telemetry unit where she began.
