The Texas Nurses Association is excited to announce the A. Louise Dietrich Scholarship Program for Spring 2025! This is a fantastic opportunity for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) pursuing further education through RN-BSN or graduate nursing programs.

Scholarship Details:

• Number of Scholarships: 3
• Deadline to Apply: Midnight, March 15, 2025
• Eligibility:

1. Currently enrolled in an RN-BSN, graduate nursing, or LVN-to-RN bridge program.
2. TNA membership for at least 1 year as of the application date.
3. Minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
4. Not applicable for TNA board, staff, scholarship committee members, or their family.

Key Dates:

• Application Opens: January 15, 2025
• Awards Announced: Early May 2025
• Recipients Recognized: June 6, 2025, at TNA’s Annual Meeting.

 Application Requirements:

• Resume or CV
• Two reference letters (one from faculty)
• Current transcript showing GPA
• 400-word essay on achievements, goals, TNA impact, and scholarship benefits.
