I'm a passionate healthcare leader with over a decade of experience driving innovation, improving patient outcomes, and building high- performing teams. Currently, I serve as Assistant Manager of Clinical Education & Professional Development at UT Southwestern, where I lead system-wide initiatives that elevate care, enhance engagement, and eliminate harm, like sustaining zero CLABSIs for over three years as well as overhauling the competency management for all clinical staff.

With an MBA in Executive Healthcare Leadership and as a current DNP candidate, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, education, and operational excellence. I'm proud to mentor future nurse leaders and stay actively involved with organizations like the Texas Nurses Association and AONL. My goal? To inspire change and empower others to lead boldly in healthcare.
